Marketing our skills is a pleasure. After 20 years of writing for a myriad of clients, we have created a portfolio that speaks for itself.

After completing an Honours B.A. in Anthropology, my enthusiasm was captured by several archaeology projects in British Columbia. I was then a commercial photographer for 10 years and taught classes in creative photography.

I enjoy editing; nitpicking that phrase, teasing out the right word to produce the desired image. And I enjoy working with our clients to discover their particular needs and how we can best fulfill them. Here, too, are some of my other interests.

The Lennox & Addington Stewardship Council helps preserve our natural resources by coordinating community projects. I find it very rewarding to handle their administration, publicity, and fundraising. I also coordinate a tree planting program called Trees for Peace. Every spring, 1,000 local students receive interactive lessons and plant 20,000 trees.

Another energetic group called Friends of the Salmon River is dedicated to our local watershed, and I write their media releases and fundraising proposals. We are producing a book on the watershed—a prime example of a gem cut and polished by a resourceful and creative community.

Writing , editing , marketing. Farm chores, Tai Chi, soccer, women's hockey. Life is invigorating.
