We are a two-person shop. Occasionally we collaborate on writing or editing projects with trusted colleagues who have worked with us for years but, since our reputation is on the line, we prefer to turn down work rather than dish it off to just anyone. We are proudest of our quality and service while living in rural Ontario helps keep our costs down and our prices low. We can quote on an hourly, daily, or project basis and we will stick to that quote with no "extras" added after the fact. Steven handles most of the original writing while Susan specializes in editing both large and small projects. However, we both answer the phone and our two sets of eyes review everything that comes out of our shop - it's part of our quality control.
Steven's resume outlines his marketing and communications experience. He has taught at the University of Toronto, Queen's School of Business, Queen's School of English, Loyalist College, and has direct experience with health promotion, presentation skills, and fundraising. “We recently held a major event on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with over 200 participants comprised of students, academics, and business leaders. As a first of its kind for our University, we needed someone to capture and communicate the dynamism of this event in words and pictures.
